Cancellation and refund policy:
We do not accept cancellations as all orders are processed immediately upon placement. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If your order is returned to us, we will contact you via the email used for your order to discuss whether you would like us to resend it or issue a refund without reshipment. Please refer to our shipping policy for further details.

Custom fees:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be applied upon receipt of their order. We strive to accurately declare the value of items on customs forms and do not alter values to lower customs fees.
