Shipping policy

We are shipping from Italy, Europe.
Our current processing time for shipments is approximately 3-5 working days. 

We offer three shipping options:

Standard Delivery (Untracked):

Not eligible for refund or reshipment if the order is lost or doesn't arrive.

Estimated delivery time:

Within Italy: 4-7 working days
EU countries and Europe non EU: 8-12 working days
North America: 3-5 weeks
International: 4-6 weeks

Fast Delivery (Untracked):

Not eligible for refund or reshipment if the order is lost or doesn't arrive.

Estimated delivery time:

Within Italy: 1-4 working days
EU countries and Europe non EU: 3-5 working days
North America: 5-7 working days
International: 7-10 working days

Tracked Delivery:

Eligible for refund or reshipment if the order is lost or doesn't arrive.

Estimated delivery time:

Within Italy: 1-4 working days
EU countries and Europe non EU: 3-5 working days
North America: 5-7 working days
International: 7-10 working days

 

If you have selected tracked shipping and the package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived at your location, please wait a few days as it may arrive late in rare cases. If it does not arrive within a week of being marked delivered, please contact us. We will gladly send a replacement using tracked shipping, with reshipment fees to be paid by the buyer.


If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. To process your request, notify us of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order and email us photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in. Replacements will be shipped using tracked shipping, and the reshipment fees must be paid by the buyer.
